You have to try this! Live the experience of an ancient Mesoamerican tradition, absorbing new energy as you experience the walk of silence and discover the internal conversations of yourself. This adventure continues with the ceremony of Temazcal, an ancient tradition consisting of a steam bath to induce purifying sweat, along with spices to purify the mind, body and spirit. This is an old practice to soothe the soul and heal your afflictions that medical science cannot cure.
